JOB DESCRIPTION

We produce and deliver corporate, brand activation, festival and live music events across the UK. We are growing rapidly and looking for a self-motivated and organised person to join our team. 

You will be in constant communication with our projects and operations teams to make sure the correct equipment is available. Subrents are organised with other suppliers and returned in good working order and on time. Transport is booked and organised efficiently. Book freelance technicians to work alongside our team ensuring professional and lasting impressions with our clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistant to Project Managers and Office Manager, support with any office requirements, note taking, travel plans etc.

• Project / Event Coordination; 

• Booking freelance technicians, adding information using the Teamtracks database

• Assist with kit shortfall on jobs, raising any purchase orders as necessary

• Book transport, raising any purchase orders as necessary

• Data Management; in-house database updated with crew information and for each event. Client account set up, general administrative workIt all begins with an idea.
